• Kone put elevator 1 back into service on Tuesday, April 30th.
• AC units for the roof have been ordered (May 1st). The lead time for manufacturing is 12-14 weeks.
• New PTAC Air unit for the 5th floor landing that was delivered was the wrong unit. Will need to reorder.
